Solution Delivered

An online application that collects all leads from social media and stores them in a CRM for later follow-up and direction. A unique user management system for dividing up distinct levels of application access control. A financial solution is also needed to keep track of all transactions and customer pending payments. The Educube application is simple to use, effective, and appropriate for all Educube branches.

Business Challenge

The marketing staff at Educube had a difficult time monitoring lead creation and the mail sent out as a result. It was also challenging to track down the most recent exchange of words between the client and the Educube team. They were losing opportunities to generate leads and money as a result. Regarding payment and follow-up, there was a considerable gap between the marketing and finance teams.

Technical Challenges

Integration of all the existing data and their follow-up was one of the major hurdles because all social media activities were performed primarily manually (using an old Excel sheet). The new solution also offers API interaction with all social media platforms for live event involvement, thus, data loss was yet another significant concern for us. A couple of other points are provided below.
